Yay for party fun!

Had a birthday party last night, which is the first proper birthday party I can ever remember holding, so yay me! Belated apologies to those who weren't on the party list; my room isn't huge, so I had to keep it to a smallish group.

Thanks to everybody who came, and especially for humouring me by participating in the "pass the suspicious package" game.   8^)

Much credit for the organising must go to galaxy_girl00, who bought and made many of the nibbles (including the giant Jaffa cake), helped me clean, provided moral support, and without whom I'd definitely not have been able to throw the whole thing.

Oh, yes, thank you fenland for the delicious cake (half of which is in the fridge still awaiting eating... mmmmmm!) Oh, btw, do you want your morgan's spiced back?

Also thank you peerietrows for MMMM BOOOZE! You are lovely and kind and generous! *hugs*. And dark_claw as well. Have I forgotten anybody?

Anyway, I am now tired but happy; definitely glad I decided to have the party. Much goodness.
Today we plan to have pic-a-nic on the links, and then we're going to the circus! Yay!

Edit: Picnic didn't happen; too busy with LJ. May head off to Auld Hoose after the circus, although will not be up for too much boozing, etc!   8^)
