I would consider it more "disruption to prove a point". Somebody complained about his icon, which showed a piece of art including a woman's breasts. He got angry at this and went round looking for other people with breasts in their icons, and complained about them all.
But it's really irrelevent whether you agree with what he did or not. LJ shouldn't be banning breastfeeding icons; that's the issue.
