Back in Edinburgh since yesterday! Some of you may have caught me at the pub last night, getting seriously drunk.

What is your earliest chilhood memory?
I was in a park. My mother was sitting on some kind of big concrete block, which my older brother had climbed up onto as well. I wanted to join them, but wasn't big enough to climb up. I remember being very angry that my mother didn't pick me up and deposit me there!
It's an interesting one, because it predates any sort of verbal thinking. It's just a sort of picture of what I want, and anger at not achieving it.

What's the most fun you've ever had with your clothes on?!
Hmmm... tough. As far as recent experience goes, this was kinda hard to beat.

Do you think same sex couples should have the same rights to marry as couples of the opposite sex?
Yes, and to raise children as well.

If you could solve one of the worlds many ills which would it be and why?
I'd give the world cheap, renewable energy. So much of today's politics is just ugly squabbling for oil. I'm sure we could find other things to fight about -- that's just human nature -- but still, there's something just too tragic about fighting over black sludgy stuff. My second and third choices would be overpopulation and disease.
