Google Earth challenge #2

The first challenge¹ was good fun, but several of you told me that you hadn't a clue. This one contains mostly easier stuff, so may be more suitable for the geographically challenged! A couple of them could prove a bit more taxing, though. As before, comments are screened, so please post answers. Arrrrr.
