Actually, the term for whoever you're training with is technically uke, though in taijitsu it's usually reserved for whoever the sensei keeps picking on to demonstrate things on.
And yes, I've neglected mentioning this for many years, for many different reasons...
In aikido they appear to use it more specifically to mean "the person who gets chucked around". So you might hear "pair up, and take turns being uke." 8^)
