Approximate recipe (I never really measured anything):

Marinade:
2 tsp Paprika
pinch Chili powder (optional)
pinch Cinnamon
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
2 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Soy sauce

2 Pork chops (or similar amount), shredded
2 Bell peppers, cut into thin strips
600ml Double-strength ham stock
2 tsp Corn flour

Method:
Marinade pork for half an hour. Transfer pork and marinade to wok, fry over high heat until cooked through. Set aside. Cook peppers for 5 mins, then add pork, marinade and stock (thickened with corn flour). Turn down heat and simmer for 15 mins. Serve with boiled rice.

Serves 4 Imaginary Cookbook People™, or 2 real people. Tastes somewhat like Goulash.
