Tricky. Perhaps Engines of Creation by Joe Satriani, since nobody I've mentioned it to so far has heard of it.

I'm guessing I'm the only one who bought The Potato by Larry Zuckerman. An entire book about potatoes, and actually pretty readable.

Name a movie you own that no-one else on your friends list does:
I'll go for Uzumaki, a cheesy Japanese horror movie about spirals/vortices. The film adaptation of a manga which I still need to find a copy of.

Name a place that you have visited that no-one else on your friends list has:
I doubt anybody else has been to Iran, though I could be wrong.

I may be wrong here.. but I think they had it in HMV. I could really be barking up the wrong tree, but the name rings a bell. (It makes me think of seaweed sushi for reasons unknown to man nor beast). I know that Uzumaki: Vortex is available for £20 from HMV online, but I suspect that is the copy you have? They appear to have it not in Forbidden Planet, but that's online, not in the store.

Oh, possibly. I bought my copy in Hong Kong, and I think it's semi-legal. (Or at least tolerated piracy.) Could be less obscure than I'm making it out to be, but still fairly rare, I should think.

Uzumaki always makes me think of sushi as well. I just googled for sushi terms, and realised why: the word 'maki' means 'roll', so anything wrapped in seaweed is something-maki.

It's an interesting one; heavy on the synth as well as the guitar. I still think 'Borg Sex' is one of the best song names I've come across. I can't compare it to any of his other work, since it's the only CD of his I have.

Since you have a bunch of his stuff, though, what's your favourite out of his albums?

The Extremist is his best album, Surfing with the Alien has nice moments but its a bit short. Strange Beautiful Music is the album after Engines of Creation and its exactly what it says on the tin. I haven't listened to the new album enough to decide if its particularly good, but it has potential to grow on me :)
