I am teaching my computer to learn rules of grammer automagically. Right now it just generates grammer rules randomly, leading to sentences made up of meaningless strings of words. But that's funny in its own way. And anyway, it already makes as much sense as I usually do.

For my initial bag of words I'm using a bunch of Weebl & Bob themed words. Observe:

  • eating yes ones as chicken head you does no you bull there
  • pie
  • coconuts brown look small small cheese moon does a
  • no soup
  • go eating back to
  • big no you bull
  • coconuts brown look small small there coconuts
  • eating yes ones mysterious chicken head you no you there
  • not coconuts
  • pirate ninja use head rain is use
  • coconuts brown look small small there got your lee not spoon eat me come ninja brown a use coconuts got your lee not at not mmm use coconuts brown look small small there a spoon eat me come ninja brown a mysterious coconuts got your lee not weebl quick got your lee not coconuts much does no you bull your to does row use wanker dog got your lee not for why made wanker donkey out big hello monkey mat a us me fox made us why coconuts got chicken dog wanker got your lee not mysterious got your lee not eating wanker in

wbaenfarb.

wbaenfarb....

When were coconuts ever mentioned in Weebl & Bob?

You might want to take a look at gNiall, which uses some fairly basic Markov-chaining to get a similar effect (that occasionally makes sense).

I might possibly change the description of the grammer learner to 'wbaenfarb generator'. 8^)

And coconuts weren't mentioned in Weebl & Bob. I beefed up the word list with random sentences I had thought of. Like "I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts."

I haven't come across gNiall, but I've had hours of fun with dadadodo. (Mainly using the text of the kjv bible.)
